Back to topWhat we will expect from you
During your program we will ask you to attend and fully participate in scheduled appointments. We will remind you where you may have participation requirements relating to a Centrelink benefit.
Research has shown that you will be more successful in getting a job if you keep in regular contact with us, and stay actively involved in your programme.
To make sure that we provide services best suited to your needs, it is important that you provide us with relevant personal information throughout your program.
In most cases, you will be asked to provide us with employment information when you get a job.
If you were a job seeker in receipt of a Centrelink benefit when you were referred to us, you will be asked to provide details on your employment conditions when you first start work.
We will need this information from you again at 13 and 26 weeks after your job starts.
We will ask for your permission to talk to your employer:
- to confirm details of your employment and
- to make sure that you are provided with appropriate support in your job.
Back to topWhat you can expect from us
You can expect to be treated with dignity and respect by all CRS Australia staff assisting you.
Back to topHow your information will be used and shared
CRS Australia will ask for your permission to collect and share relevant information with other people, such as your doctor or prospective employer.
We will discuss with you who we will share your information with, what information you can access and how to go about doing this.
Back to topWhat if you have a complaint
We welcome all feedback and encourage you to raise any concerns if you are not satisfied with the way you have been treated, your program or our services.
We encourage you to raise any complaint with your rehabilitation consultant first. Other options for resolving your concerns will be explained at your first meeting.
