Who will be involved in your service?

At CRS Australia a dedicated team of people will work with you to help you reach your job goal.

You may work with different people at various stages of your journey to work. Our staff work closely together to ensure that the services they provide complement other activities in your programme.

People involved in your service include:

  • Rehabilitation consultants
  • Employment service consultants
  • Administration officers

Rehabilitation consultants are health professionals. They may be an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, psychologist, rehabilitation counsellor, social worker, speech pathologist, exercise physiologist or other person who has relevant qualifications in a behavioural or health science.

Employment service consultants are experienced in providing advice on jobs, the labour market, on-the-job training, and finding an appropriate job. They do this by keeping in contact with suitable employers and employment agencies.

Administration officers are a great contact point for you. They help with bookings to attend our services or group sessions, answer any general questions, show you how to use resources at our offices and can help you with filling out forms.
