What is case management?

Case management is an approach used by CRS Australia staff to deliver vocational rehabilitation services.

Plan, coordinate and monitor your progress towards your job goal.

It is the way we work with you to plan, coordinate and monitor your progress towards getting a job. The central person in case management is you. This means that you have control and choice to tell us what you need and to be involved in making decisions.

Our staff will work with you towards getting a job in the most timely, cost-effective and efficient way. Any journey can be challenging, so we make sure that the steps along the way are positive and that any goals set are within your capabilities.

You will work with different staff members at certain stages of your journey to work.

Generally, one rehabilitation consultant will assess your needs and help you to develop a plan to reach your goal, while others will work with you to carry out the plan of activities.

Your motivation to achieve your goals is very important. All of our committed staff will support you during this time.
