What are group and one-on-one services?

Group services are designed to help job seekers achieve their individual goals while working in a supportive group environment.

• An initial meeting is held with each job seeker individually. 
• 2 sessions per week over 4 weeks (a total of 8 sessions). 
• The sessions provide job seekers with valuable skills and knowledge as well as an opportunity to meet other job seekers. 
• A follow-up session 3 weeks after the initial period to ensure the job seeker is putting their knowledge into practice and is on the path to finding employment.

One-on-one services allow job seekers to work individually with our experienced rehabilitation consultants to develop a tailored programme to achieve the best possible results.

• The service is delivered on average, in 6 sessions. 
• Interpreters can be used to assist job seekers in these one-on-one sessions.
