In the disability employment category, winning employers are selected based on their creativity, innovation and commitment to providing training and employment opportunities for people with a disability, injury or health condition.

For the injury prevention category, winners are selected based on their outstanding commitment to providing a safe work environment for their employees.

In looking beyond disability, illness or injury they are rewarded with loyal, committed employees who can provide the workforce capability required.
