CRS Australia has a strong history of working collaboratively with the health community. That’s because CRS Australia’s professional staff are part of that health community all across the country.

Our staff are committed to helping people with a disability, injury or health condition to find or keep a job. We want to work with you to achieve this goal.

CRS Australia’s services include:

  • vocational rehabilitation programmes
  • assessments
  • occupational health and safety services and training

See a full list of CRS Australia services.

Our professional staff:

  • understand your role in the rehabilitation process
  • liaise and communicate with you on a professional level
  • advise your patients about jobs and the labour market
  • conduct workplace assessments that complement the treatment and rehabilitation process.

Patients with a compensation claim

CRS Australia can help patients with a disability, injury or health condition receiving compensation as a result of a motor vehicle or workplace accident.

Compensation patients may be referred directly to CRS Australia via your local office or via our online referral form.

Patients receiving Centrelink income support

If your patient needs an Australian Government funded vocational rehabilitation programme, they will need to have a Job Capacity Assessment (JCA). The JCA determines what type of service will best help them.

In some cases, we can arrange a JCA for your patient depending on their circumstances. If the JCA determines a need for vocational rehabilitation, the patient may be referred back to CRS Australia.

To find out more, phone 1800 277 277 or contact your local CRS Australia office.
