Salary scales
CRS Australia salary scales are contained within the CRS Australia Collective Agreement 2008 - 2011. The tables below are from Schedule 2 - Base Salaries of the Collective Agreement.
Each rate has been rounded up to the next dollar if greater than $0.01. This has been compounded across the rates, that is, when the next calculation has been completed, the rounded up rate of the previous amount has been used.
As per CRS Australia's Collective Agreement, it is CRS Australia's practice to offer new employees the minimum salary in the salary range.
The Secretary may authorise payment of salary on commencement at a higher level than base salary within the classification where the experience, qualifications, skills or current salary of the new employee warrant payment of salary above the minimum rate.
