Contract listings

Following the passing of a standing Senate Order in June 2001, Commonwealth departments and agencies are required to publish 6 monthly, a listing of contracts of $100,000 or more executed by the department/agency, which have not been fully performed or have been entered into during the previous 12 months.

As part of the Government's ongoing commitment for greater accountability in relation to contracts arranged and by making publicly available a greater level of information regarding those contracts and including any confidentiality obligations associated with them, agencies are required by the Senate Order to publish these details on their internet sites.

A full list of CRS Australia contracts is available on the AusTender website.
