Report fraud
CRS Australia is an agency of the Department of Human Services and has a strong focus on ethics and ethical behaviour as part of its governance framework.

Activities that may be fraudulent or unethical include (but are not limited to):
- theft
- corruption
- conflicts of interest (or non disclosure of such) both during and outside of business hours
- bribery
- misuse of computer equipment, assets and technology
- misuse of Intellectual Property
- acceptance of gifts
- preferential treatment

All suspected fraudulent or unethical behaviour or activity should be reported as soon as possible.
Any fraudulent, unethical behaviour or related issues can be emailed to CRS Australia's Risk Management Team or by telephone on 02 6211 6991.

All reports are treated seriously, anonymously and in confidence. All reports are investigated, with recommendations provided to the delegate for action.
