What is a regional manager?

Regional managers are responsible for the management and delivery of client-focussed services across a range of units in their region. CRS Australia has over 170 units across the country.

I'm lucky in my job; everyday is different and I get to work with a range of people who inspire and motivate me to continue making a positive change.
David, Regional Manager, Melbourne South East Region

Regional managers work within budget parameters to deliver effective and efficient services to job seekers and clients.

They are responsible for the management of a group of allied health professionals, employment services consultants and administrative support officers.

Whilst regional managers operate autonomously, they are supported and guided by their divisional managers, other regional managers and corporate teams.

Corporate teams work directly with regional managers providing expert advice and guidance.

Regional managers generally have backgrounds in:

  • allied health
  • disability services
  • community service
  • general management positions.

Working as a regional manager at CRS Australia provides the opportunity for professional development through various state (divisional) or national projects.
