Psychosocial services
CRS Australia provides two psychosocial Job Capacity Account services.

Group and one-on-one service.
Who is it for?
Job seekers who have been out of the workforce for a significant period of time, have low confidence, ineffective coping skills or anxiety about returning to work.
What is the aim?
To improve confidence and coping skills in preparation for work to ensure job seekers can managing the transition to work.
What does the service involve?
This service will help job seekers to:
- learn to identify and challenge barriers to employment, such as negative thinking
- discover personal strengths and resources to draw on to achieve work goals
- develop problem solving, decision making and basic stress management skills
- examine thoughts and behaviours that block goal achievement.
How much does it cost?
Group – $968.00 for 8 sessions.
One-on-one – $990.00 for 6 sessions, or $165.00 per session.
Prices include GST.
One-on-one service.
Who is it for?
Job seekers whose ability to work is impacted by psychosocial barriers, such as:
- anxiety
- depression
- low-confidence / low self-esteem
- interpersonal difficulties
- drug and/or alcohol dependence.
What is the aim?
To provide counselling services to help job seekers to manage psychosocial barriers to ensure they are able to make the transition into work.
What does the service involve?
This service will help job seekers to:
- adjust to their disability
- explore family / relationship issues that impact on work
- explore and manager barriers that may arise when job seeking
- develop strategies to manage stress, anxiety and depression
- explore and address personal difficulties with self-esteem, confidence, assertiveness, motivation or decision-making.
How much does it cost?
$990.00 for 6 sessions, or $165.00 per session.
