Physical services
CRS Australia provides two structured physical Job Capacity Account services. Other physical support services can be arranged as required.

Group and one-on-one service.
Who is it for?
Job seekers who are experiencing pain as a significant barrier to gaining work.
What is the aim?
To assist job seekers to manage their pain in preparation for work.
What does the service involve?
This service will help job seekers to:
- learn strategies to managing pain (physical and psychological component)
- reduce dysfunctional pain behaviours and beliefs
- improve attitudes, confidence and coping skills to work with chronic pain
- develop a physical activity programme to improve function.

One-on-one service.
Who is it for?
Job seekers who have become inactive and are unsure about their capacity to work.
Job seekers suffering chronic pain should be referred to Managing Pain4Work.
What is the aim?
To address physical, functional and lifestyle related issues preventing job seekers returning to work.
What does the service involve?
This service will help job seekers to:
- increase motivation, self-confidence and commitment to activity and work
- undertake a structured physical conditioning programme to increase work capacity
- establish a routine and set goals
- manage unhelpful pain behaviours and beliefs.
How much does it cost?
Prices include GST.
