Our national footprint

CRS Australia has over 170 offices around Australia, from Broome to Burnie.

We provide services to an entire region, not just the town in which each office is located.

Rural and remote communities

With more than 30% of our offices located in rural and remote areas, CRS Australia staff really are a part of the local community.

CRS Australia services are provided where they are needed. This means CRS Australia staff can travel to people's homes, workplaces, or properties if required.

As in metropolitan areas, CRS Australia provides services appropriate to the needs and circumstances of each person. In rural and remote areas there may also be greater flexibility in the way services are provided.

Remote services in the Northern Territory

The Northern Australia remote region of CRS Australia has established a Remote Service Team.

It aims to ensure that people outside the main population centres in the Northern Territory can access the services offered by CRS Australia.

The Remote Services Team is based in Katherine. It provides services directly to selected Aboriginal communities, smaller towns and pastoral stations in remote corners of the greater Katherine region.

The Remote Services Team is sensitive to cultural and geographic issues and take a practical approach to service delivery. They encourage the participation of friends and family whenever appropriate to support those people who use CRS Australia services.
