Office ergonomics and manual work training

Office work is often thought to be a relatively 'safe' field of employment. With an ever-increasing range of jobs, technology, and work environments, every year thousands of workers and employers suffer the consequences of workplace injuries.

CRS Australia's office ergonomics and manual work training provides skills in safe work practices for office staff.   It combines training in office ergonomics and manual task risk assessment to  assist employers to meet some of their obligations under specific OHS and WHS Acts.

Training elements include:

  • relevant OHS legislation and risk management related to both office ergonomics and manual tasks
  • prevention of musculo-skeletal disorders
  • identification of office-related risk factors
  • safe workstation set-up.
