Mental health services
One in five people will experience a mental health condition at some stage of their life. CRS Australia's qualified staff have expertise in helping people manage their mental health condition to get and/or keep a job. About 25% of the people we help have a mental health condition and often these conditions are also accompanied by a physical injury or disability.
CRS Australia understands the complexity of dealing with a mental health condition as part of a person's journey to work. Our disability management programs are tailored to the needs of job seekers or injured workers and we work closely with treating health professionals and other providers to make getting and keeping a job a reality.
