Job Capacity Account services
CRS Australia provides Job Capacity Account services to job seekers who require short-term assistance and who have been referred for employment support with Job Services Australia.
Using evidence-based knowledge and almost 70 years experience in disability employment, CRS Australia can offer services in all 10 Job Capacity Account categories. The following is a summary of the services.
Pain management Assist to manage pain in preparation for work. |
Social casework and support Address personal and social issues to enable focus on work. |
Individual services as negotiated based on job seeker's needs. |
Work conditioning Address physical, functional and lifestyle issues for return to work |
Counselling programmes Counselling to manage psychological barriers in transition to work. |
Behaviour management and modification Improve confidence and coping to manage transition to work. |
Other physical support programmes Individual services as negotiated based on job seeker's needs. |
Other social support programmes Identify realistic job options and an action plan to manage barriers to return to work. |
Other psychological support programmes Individual services as negotiated based on job seeker's needs. |
Substance abuse Individual services as negotiated based on job seeker's needs. |
These services are provided on a one-on-one basis, allowing job seekers to work individually with our experienced rehabilitation consultants to develop a tailored programme to achieve the best possible results.
- The service is delivered on average, in 6 sessions.
- Interpreters can be used to assist job seekers in these sessions.
- Not all services are available in all areas.
