How we work
CRS Australia’s service delivery model sees services managed nationally and delivered locally. CRS Australia has over 170 regional teams across the country. These regional teams are made up of up to 4 unit-based teams.
These unit-based teams are based in regional centres or metropolitan suburbs, and more than 30% of units are based in rural and remote communities.
Each unit typically comprises an experienced team of rehabilitation consultants, employment services consultants and a well trained team of administrative services officers.
Given the diverse geographical spread of our units, the teams create and share knowledge across the country via online discussions groups, teleconferences, face-to-face meetings, project teams, and through our own communities of practice, called Networks of Excellence.
CRS Australia’s staff are supported by a national service delivery support team who develop practical tools and resources to help staff deliver quality services to meet customers and stakeholder expectations.
Corporate teams also provide expert support to service delivery teams to deliver these services.
