Once you have a clear work direction and have developed strategies for managing your disability at work you are ready to focus on getting that job. There are many resources and tools available to help you locate work.

Your rehabilitation consultant will assist you to find work by drawing up a detailed action plan of what steps to take to get a job, such as:
- developing a targeted resume
- developing the skills you need for the job
- learning how to talk to employers
- how to look for work
- getting prepared for job interviews.
Some of these skills may be taught in a group programme run by CRS Australia.
