Functional Screening Assessment (FSA)
CRS Australia’s functional screening specialist assessment provides detailed information on the physical ability of a job seeker. This information is used to complete the impairment tables as part of a JCA assessment.
What does it cost?
$330.00 - $495.00 (including GST) per job seeker, depending on the number of impairment tables involved in the assessment:
- Table 5.1 and one other table: $330.00
- Table 5.2 and one other table: $330.00
- Tables 3 and 4: $495.00 (this may vary depending on the complexity of the assessment)
- More than 2 tables: $495.00
Where is the assessment conducted?
Assessments are conducted in CRS Australia offices
Who will provide the service?
- Physiotherapists
- Exercise physiologists
- Occupational therapists
What does the report include?
- Reported tolerances and pain levels
- Range of movement
- Grip strength and sensation
- Balance and coordination
- Walking capacity
- Manual handling capacity
Which impairment table will this assist with?
- Table 3 – Upper limb function
- Table 4 – Function of lower limbs
- Table 5.1 – Cervical Spine
- Table 5.2 – Thoracic-lumbar-sacral spine
