Employee Assistance Programmes
CRS Australia’s employee assistance programme (EAP) can help your staff deal with personal or job-related problems. These may be work related, health, family, financial or emotional concerns.
The benefits of EAPs include:

- reduced work-related injuries and illnesses.
What to expect
For your staff, an EAP may include:
- a quick and confidential assessment
- short-term counselling and/or external referral if the person requires ongoing support
- organisational consultancy and training for organisational issues (eg conflict resolution)
- monitoring and reporting of EAP usage rates
- internal staff briefings and promotional activities.
