Employee Assistance Programmes

CRS Australia’s employee assistance programme (EAP) can help your staff deal with personal or job-related problems. These may be work related, health, family, financial or emotional concerns.

The benefits of EAPs include:

  • reduced absenteeism
  • staff retention
  • increased productivity 
  • reduced work-related injuries and illnesses.

What to expect 

For your staff, an EAP may include:

  • a quick and confidential assessment
  • short-term counselling and/or external referral if the person requires ongoing support
  • organisational consultancy and training for organisational issues (eg conflict resolution)
  • monitoring and reporting of EAP usage rates 
  • internal staff briefings and promotional activities.
