Patients receiving Centrelink income support
If you want CRS Australia to help your patient get back to work through a government-funded Disability Employment Services program, they need to have assessment of their work capacity that recommends Disability Employment Services - Disability Management Services as the service they require to return to work. We can help you and your patient understand this process.
If you send your patient to the nearest CRS Australia office, we will either be able to arrange their work capacity assessment appointment, assist them in making contact with Centrelink or their current employment service provider.
If your patient is then assessed as eligible for a Disability Management Services program, they will usually be sent back to CRS Australia. We will then work in partnership with you, to assist your patient get a safe and sustainable job.
Patients with a compensation claim
CRS Australia also assists patients with a disability, injury or health condition receiving compensation as a result of a motor vehicle or workplace accident.
Compensation patients may be referred directly to CRS Australia via our online referral form or by contacting your local CRS Australia office.
