CRS Australia takes local Leader award in Victoria
20 August 2008In recognition of their commitment to building partnerships within the local community, CRS Australia's South Yarra office won a Leader Business Achiever Award on Tuesday 19 August at a local awards ceremony.
The awards, which were held in the city of Stonnington (and are also held across another 26 regions in Melbourne), recognise and celebrate local business excellence.
Over the years, the awards have recognised thousands of local businesses for their customer service, innovation and the relationship they have established with their local community.
CRS Australia was initially nominated by the local community. This nomination was then followed by a submission that addressed CRS Australia's achievements, promotions and future challenges. The judging also involved 'mystery shoppers' visiting the local CRS Australia office.
Verity Merrill, employment services consultant at CRS Australia's South Yarra office, attended the ceremony. 'It was a fun night and a great opportunity to connect with other small businesses at a local level,' says Verity.
'Our team is thrilled - not only to be nominated but the fact that we won!'
CRS Australia won the award in the Community Services/Not-for-Profit Organisation category, amongst a group of five finalists.
