Seven employers who have shown excellence in workplace diversity have been nominated by CRS Australia for a 2008 Diversity@Work Award.

These employers are committed to offering employment opportunities to
CRS Australia job seekers with a disability, injury or health condition. Six employers have been nominated in the 'Employment and inclusion - people with a disability' category, and Loraine McKay from Lend Lease Information and Communication Technology Group, has been nominated for an individual champion award.

Margaret Carmody, General Manager, CRS Australia, said, 'These employers are to be congratulated for demonstrating a real commitment to the employment of people with a disability, injury or health condition.

'Employers across the country know and value the skills and commitment a person with disability can bring to their workforce.

'I congratulate the nominees and recognise all the employers we work with for helping our job seekers to achieve their goals, fulfil their potential and contribute to their community,' she said.
