Our courses focus on core skills including disability awareness, case management, employment strategies and motivational interviewing. Our Performance Achievement System (PAS) supports career development, recognises and rewards our staff and their contributions to the organisation’s strategic objectives. Study assistance is available for staff to undertake formal study in areas which link to the achievement of our strategic goals. Where formal study is undertaken, an employee may receive assistance in the form of paid leave or a monetary subsidy. - Back to topKnowledge sharing
Our award winning Networks of Excellence (NoE) are pivotal to our culture of sharing knowledge and best practice. The NoEs are based on a 'communities of practice' model and cover a range of specific service delivery areas and business administration. These networks identify and promote best practice.
